All returns require prior authorization and a RA#. Return authorization will be granted only within 10 days of receipt of order.
Returned merchandise must be in perfect resalable condition, in its original manufactures carton and all its contents, including; blank warranty cards, instruction manuals and copy of original invoice. Please include a letter of explanation and reason for returning merchandise. Some special ordered items can not be returned.
